Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos or videos.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

If your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. To cancel, please email us immediately at auladates@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and photos of the packaging/product.
  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as applicable.
